Teambuilding brings the team (Management, department, service) in a growth process enabling it to realize its potential and increase its performance.Applying the methodology of coaching a team, we develop a new dynamic collaboration.Chaque member is oriented, following the use of a personality questionnaire, based on its strengths and expertise to achieve the objectives common, from the perspective of awareness and capitalization of individual differences.
The method is suitable based on the Team. It may take the form of discussions and group games, even sportier shape on the ground. The team defines and creates a charter of values with its versions in terms of behavior. Teambuilding is a real formative process necessary for the rise of the team and can turn a constellation of individual talents into a team high performance.
