Coaching and Team Coaching are individual or collective support tools whose rigorous process makes it possible to:

  • Change organizational or relational attitudes and behaviors to enhance the potential of each individual and/or team
  • Support change processes within organizations while ensuring systemic and individual balance
  • Develop and strengthen talents
  • Strengthen and transform leadership to bring it to an optimal level of performance
  • Dare to decide and make choices

Coaching Methodology:

In a respectful and reassuring framework, based on a preliminary discussion with various stakeholders within the company, a personality profile or an Assessment, a development contract relating to a co-constructed objective is drafted.

Depending on the needs, between 3 and 10 sessions (personalized interviews) take place between the coach and the coachee.

Concrete work is carried out between each session in order to develop the reflexes conducive to behavioral changes.

 Duration: Monthly sessions carried out over a period of 3 to 6 months.


Team Coaching Methodology:

In a respectful and reassuring framework, based on a preliminary discussion with various stakeholders within the company, a Team profile and/or a 360° feedback, a development contract relating to a co-constructed objective is drafted.

Depending on the needs, between half a day and three days are necessary to reach, or even exceed, the set objectives. 

Concrete work is carried out between each session in order to develop the reflexes conducive to behavioral changes.

The method is adapted according to the Team. It can take the form of discussions, group games, the creation of a charter of values, or even a sportier form in the field. Team Coaching is a formative process, generating the growth of the Team and allowing to transform a constellation of individual talents into a “high performance” Team.
