Coaching is a support tool for developing the potential of managers and optimizing their performance on a very wide variety of points: management style, conflict management, time management, problem solving, induction, etc.


Methodology:

On the basis of a discussion with various people in the company and on an Assessment, a development contract is drawn up. From then on, specifically designed meetings and interviews take place between the coach and the coachee.The purpose of these meetings is to enable the manager to be aware of his or her strengths so as to improve his or her behaviour as a leader. The executive finds solutions to problems arising from everyday reality by using the coach as a mirror.Specific work must be carried out between meetings in order to develop reactions favourable to changing behaviour.


Duration: Monthly meetings are carried out over a 3 to 6 month period.
