Teambuilding

Teambuilding brings the team (Management, department, section) into a growth process enabling it to realize its potential and improve its performance.

By applying Coaching methodology to a team, we develop a new dynamic of collaboration.
Following the use of a personality questionnaire, each member is directed, according to their strong points and skills, towards carrying out common objectives from the perspective of realizing and capitalizing on individual differences.
This method is adapted according to the function of the Team. It can take the form of group discussions or a game, or even a more sport orientated form in the field. The team defines and creates a charter of values with ranges in terms of behaviour. Teambuilding is a real training process and is necessary to increase the power of the team and enable it to transform a cluster of talents into a highly efficient team.


Duration: 2 consecutive days and one follow-up day.
